Here’s a little tip for those who don’t already know.
Have you ever been in Microsoft Word and typed out a whole paragraph to then only realise, that the whole time your caps lock button was on?
How frustrating was that?
Well don’t worry about holding down the backspace key and then starting all over again, here’s a simple solution that is bound to save you time.
First highlight the text in question ( see the picture below )
THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPS OVER THE LAZY DOG.
Then hold the shift key and then press f3 ( that’s the ‘F3’ button not f ….3 )
Your text will promptly change.
The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.
How easy was that ?
