How much is too much when it comes to the cost of repairs?
Consider this laptop, It’s got a cracked screen and a broken power socket, the cost of either of these two jobs would render the job “economically” viable but what about both, is it still worth fixing or should the owner just go out and buy a new laptop?…
This time around believe it or not it is worth the effort of repairing, It’s way cheaper than a new laptop and he doesn’t have to go through the trouble of moving all his personal stuff over, but there are times when it’s not. There are times when it’s better to just let it go…
That’s why with every job we do, we always quote first.
I guess what I am saying is don’t be too hasty in writing off your broken laptop. You just never know, it may be cheaper than you think to get that repair done after all.
